What if all pages have the same TITLE tag? What should I do for SEO?

Question: -
Q: Our website has the same title tag on every page, with a [no way to go about] individualizing them. Our webmaster says we have no ability to change this. Is this possible?

Answer: -
Absolutely not! Any decent CMS system or by hand coding should and must be able to assign a unique and accurate TITLE tag to each and every page on your website. This is a hugely important issue for your SEO performance as the TITLE tag is the most powerful tag on any page.

If you want to succeed in SEO, it is practically impossible to do this without optimizing the TITLE tag for each and every page. If you are succeeding on your keywords searches to date, this would be only because you are in a non-competitive industry. Most industries are competitive enough that you simply cannot compete without good TITLES.

So work with your web team and CMS software to get this priority under control. It is very important!

Hope this helps!
