What is your rating of Hubspot for SEO?

Q: What do you guys think of Hubspot?
Answer: -
Is that a place for a woman to find a good husband? In that sense, we think Hubspot might be an excellent tool. (That quip, courtesy of Noelle Decambra!). More seriously, Hubspot is part of the general rubric of paid - rather expensive - tools that seek to do your SEO for you, rather than have you holistically approach your website and your SEO. Hubspot is pretty expensive - upwards of $700 / month, last time I checked, and from its free evaluation, I can't see that it provides any more insight than someone who has basic SEO knowledge (such as provided from the course) can provide.
So bottom line: most, if not all, of the paid tools are hardly better than the free tools, and are certainly inferior to the free tools in the hands of someone with good or better than good SEO average. Save your money, and educate yourself.
