I'm not completely sure about this issue. Many vendors are generating fake addresses so that they can be listed in multiple locations on Google local. I don't believe Google has a big problem as to whether your business has a true physical address or just a multiple address.
You should be worried about multiple listings with the same website. I have worked with clients who tried to have multiple listings but the same web domain, and ultimately all of them were thrown out of Google local. So Google is definitely combating 'Google Local Spam' as it were, and rooting out duplicates. So be careful.
