Answer: -
Yes. Almost every tool is universal, and based more on the web browser. That said, some tools like SEO Rank Checker from SEOBook are available only for Firefox. In most SEO instances, Firefox is your better browser choice. So be sure to download that.
For our own training, we use Windows Media Player but a version of that is available for the Mac at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/mac/mp9/default.aspx.
