What is the difference between a dynamic URL and a static URL for SEO?

Question: -
Q: WHAT IS THE DIFFERNCE BETWEEEN STAT URL VERSES DYNAMIC

Answer: -
Google prefers static URL's to dynamic URL's. Dynamic URL's are generated 'on the fly' based on User queries, and usually have characters like ? in them. For example, click on this link from Realtor.com -

http://bit.ly/9WsNgl

That is a 'search' on the database of homes for sale in Fremont, CA. Because it is 'dynamic,' Google will tend NOT to index it.

If you have a website that has both dynamic and static URL's, what you want to do is create at least some static URL's that you focus on for SEO. You might, in this example, have a 'static' page on Fremont, CA homes for sale that is optimized for 'Homes for Sale, Fremont, CA.' You can then have 'dynamic' pages for the humans, but Google will ignore those.

Hope this helps!
