Does capitalization in URL's hurt or help SEO?

Google says that it ignores capitalization in search results, and therefore I would assume no difference. As always, however, do your target searches and see if all capitalized sites show up, or do not. The proof of the pudding is in the eating; so do some searches for your targets, and pay attention to this variable.
I have never seen a real difference.
