It's really easy. Just go to Youtube and click on 'Create Account' (http://www.youtube.com/create_account?next=%2F).
Once set up, you'll want to customize your Youtube channel. Then, when uploading videos, be sure to put your keywords in the Video title, and video description. That helps Google index them, and helps them stand out by keyword.
Finally, on your profile, be sure to describe your company in heavy keyword detail and have a link back to your own website. Profiles on social media are a great, easy way to get 'free' links.
