How does PageRank / Google work vs. dynamic URL's?

Sadly, dynamic URL's and dynamic content generally are deprecated by Google. Google is very old school and likes static URL's that persist, and of course have inbound links.
So if your site has only dynamic URL's, you need to generate some stable static URL's for Google to latch onto. Not everything has to be static; but you will want some static URL's for Google's sake!
