Where should you put the Twitter and/or Facebook icons on your page?

Q: Is it better to have the twitter and fb icon and links at the bottom in the footer, in the middle, at the top?

No firm answer here. I would look at it as to why are you promoting these links, and then what is the best way to accomplish that goal. One thing I would caution against is social media for social media's sake...
