Does a Twitter widget help your SEO on your home page?

Question Does a Twitter widget help your SEO on your home page?
Q: Will repeating my Twitter Feed on my website using a widget help improve my search results

Answer: -
The trick here is to do a VIEW SOURCE. If you can SEE the actual words that appear on your home page, then it is HELPING. If you just see some Javascript code or an IFRAME, then it does NOT count. MOST of the widges are actually iframes or javascript, so my 90% guess would be that NO, it does NOT help.

You have to put traditional HTML on the page, and have one click links to new content to really get a good benefit. This be done in a programmatic way... but you have to know how to ask your programmer to really do it.

Hope this helps!
