Our password system is a bit picky. If you have entered an incorrect password, sometimes even if you then enter the CORRECT password you will be forward to a page that looks like this in the address bar:
What You Should Do
- Go up to the address bar of the browser – indicated in yellow above.
- Remove the characters %20rel= by using your backspace key
- Hit enter.
This will get you to the correct page. If you entered your password correctly, it will now let you in.
Alternatively, you can clear your cookies, and start again.
